Our Projects

We develop our Flexolyser in a Product Roadmap through successive projects from Lab for proof of concept (PoC) to Pilot for system functionality, followed by a Demo for full size testing at an industrial site to finally a first of a kind (FOAK) full stack for operations at a customer site.

A standardized module with multiple stacks will be developed that can be replicated to deliver any commercial project size.

The incremental approach ensures product quality, safety and performance to the most competitive customer requirements.

At Alquion we believe that innovation drives our progress. We have developed state of the art laboratory facilities to validate our simulation models and next generation designs. We test stack components, validate material selection, research electrode degradation and membrane durability.

Lab Facilities

In the Pilot project we test prototype cells in a small, short stack of 50kW. The Pilot tests the cell design on functionality, safety and performance. It facilitates key design decisions in the Product Roadmap and validates the Demo design.

The Pilot is a remotely operated containerized solution located at the Technical University of Eindhoven.
